Rick Fratarcangeli is the President of Epic Car Wash Solutions, bringing over 34 years of hands-on experience in the car wash industry. Throughout his career, Rick has specialized in repairing, building, and designing car washes, as well as providing custom chemistry solutions to operators across the country.

In the past three years alone, Rick has overseen the installation of 13 express car wash tunnels, in addition to numerous in-bay automatic and self-serve washes, blending technical expertise and technology with a deep understanding of what drives operational success. His track record reflects a rare combination of engineering skill, business insight, and a passion for helping others in the industry succeed.

Beyond his professional achievements, Rick is proud to see his family legacy continue — two of his three sons now work alongside him at Epic Car Wash Solutions. A devoted father and grandfather to seven grandchildren, Rick values the client relationships and trust he’s built as much as the successful car washes he’s constructed.

Bill brings over three decades of experience in the car wash industry, with a career spanning ownership, operations, manufacturing, and distribution. From 1992 to 2013, he owned and operated express and full-service car washes, gaining firsthand knowledge of every aspect of the business. He then served as Director of Sales for several major OEMs from 2013 to 2021, before moving into distribution sales leadership in 2021. A respected voice in the industry, Bill is also a Past President of the Western Car Wash Association, reflecting his long-standing commitment to industry growth and excellence.

Outside of work, Ricky is a devoted family man who loves spending quality time with his wife and kids. He’s also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hitting the mountains with friends and exploring trails in his Razor. Ricky’s commitment to both his profession and personal life makes him a valued part of the Epic team and his community.

Outside of work, life is full and busy—Nic and his wife recently welcomed their fourth child, and he enjoys spending his time with family whenever he can.

In addition to his service role, Joe has played a key part in building more than 10 car washes—including 5 full tunnels—and serves as Epic’s go-to tunnel conveyor installation welder. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find Joe in his garage working on projects or in the backyard garden with his wife of over 15 years. His favorite foods? Burritos, pizza… and more burritos.

Rick Tavita joined the Epic technician team in January 2025, bringing with him a unique and highly valued skill set honed over two decades at sea. As a Captain and Engineer aboard commercial fishing vessels across the Pacific, Rick developed a deep expertise in technical mechanics and problem-solving—skills that now serve as a major asset to our service operations. Originally from Apia, Samoa, Rick has embraced life on land and is enjoying life in California with his wife and their beloved pup. On weekends, you’ll find them exploring the mountains, catching live music, and never missing a Sunday service at Green Valley Community Church.
